We provide clinical and lifestyle nutrition consultations, customized diet plans, and wellness programs both online and offline.
Our services are designed to promote general wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Clients should always consult their physician for medical conditions or treatment.
If you are being treated for an illness, taking prescription medication, or following a therapeutic diet to treat a disease, it’s especially important to show the www.nutritionistseemasingh.com/ Seema Singh’s Nutrition Clinic’s meal plan to your physician. Any modifications made to the plan by your physician should be followed.
Seema Singh’s Nutrition Clinic provides nutritional consultancy aimed at disease management, besides enhancing the health status of the individual, however, keeping in mind the complexity of the human body and behaviour. It is not possible for nutritionistseemasingh.com / Seema Singh’s Nutrition Clinic to guarantee results.
Weight Loss/Gain is a combination of several factors, and Seema Singh’s Nutrition Clinic do not guarantee weight loss/gain or any other benefits merely based on subscription or use of the services offered.
The results vary according to the age, genetics, activity and gender.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults (18 years and above). Minors may register only with parental consent and supervision.
3. Consultations & Appointments
Consultations are conducted either online (video, phone, email) or in person at our Delhi clinic.
Rescheduling is permitted only if informed 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or late cancellations will be considered as lapsed appointments with no refund or credit.
4. Programs and Payments
Once purchased, programs are NON-CANCELLABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Upgrades are allowed within 10 days of enrollment.
Programs are non-transferable; transfers, if approved, may include an administrative fee.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways.
5. Health and Personal Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate health information, disclose medical history, and follow dietary guidance as advised.
We are not liable for outcomes resulting from misinformation, non-adherence, or self-modification of plans.
6. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary.
While our goal is sustainable and safe progress (for example, 2–3 kg per month weight reduction), no specific weight-loss or medical outcome is guaranteed
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, images, and written material are the exclusive property of Seema Singh’s Diet & Nutrition Clinic.
Reproduction or redistribution of any material without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Testimonials and Reviews

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

17-Severability
If any provision of this Agreement or portion thereof shall be declared invalid for any reason, the invalid provision or portion thereof shall be deemed omitted and the remaining terms shall be given full force and effect.
18-Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
We do not entertain Return, Refund and Cancellation in any Circumstances.
1. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable
2. Program extension not possible upon commencement
3. The program cannot be shifted to a later date in any circumstance.
4. If you interrupt or stop the ongoing programme for any reason (such as pregnancy, illness, holidays and so on), no refund may be granted to you. Likewise, any sums in respect of this Programme that is not yet paid shall remain due.
5. In view of the above policy, members are requested to avail consultations with regularity to benefit maximally. Gaps/irregularities in the program will not be adjusted later. Clients are requested to; maintain regular contact with the respective health-consultant for the efficiency of the program.
6. The clients are requested to register only after a clear understanding of the process involved, as Nutritionistseemasingh.com / Seema Singh’s Nutrition Clinic cannot be held liable there after.

19-Termination

(or part thereof) and/or our Subscribed Services. In the event of any termination or revocation of the Subscribed Services for any reason whatsoever

fees after the date of termination. There shall be no refund of fees in the event the services are terminated by you.
